![]() ![]() This can be done either in Retroarch after you have loaded the core or in the 'retroarch-core-options.cfg' file. You need to set the 'mupen64-cpucore' to 'cachedinterpreter'. I experienced the same problem myself and found it to be related to a specific setting in the Mupen64-Core. Project64 is one of the top n64 emulators in our list and also the first choice by our team. On Windows XP and prior, this is C: Documents and Settings Application Data Mupen64Plus, while on Windows Vista and newer this is C: Users AppData Mupen64Plus. On Linux or OSX, this is located at /.config/mupen64plus/, and on Windows it is in the 'Application Data' sub-folder of your user folder. Using the Mupen64Plus-Glid64 emulator, as a standalone, I was seeing pretty close to. The best thing you can do is keep your emulators updated, as improvements (especially with N64) are constantly being made.
